New Pastors


FORT WAYNE, IN (CTS)—On Thursday, February 25th, faculty, staff, student body and family gathered for the Winter Placement Service in Kramer Chapel on the campus of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, IN. Three men received their first calls into the Holy Ministry during the service where Rev. Dr. Carl H. Krueger, Jr., President of the SELC District, served as preacher.

Those receiving calls were: Jacob W. Gaugert to Evangelical Lutheran Church of Dr. Martin Luther, Chicago, IL, SELC District. Paul F. Nus to Trinity Lutheran Church, Millersburg, Iowa, and Calvary Lutheran Church, Deep River, Iowa, Iowa East District. Kurt A. Ulmer to Shepherd of Peace Lutheran Church, Braidwood, IL, Northern IL. District.
