Installation of Pastor Gregory R. Williamson
An installation was held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Marion Iowa for Pastor Gregory R. Williamson, on July13th 2008.
The service and celebration started at 2:30pm and included the Pastor’s you see in the photo, and many other distinguished guests, and congregation members. In celebration of God’s hand in the calling process, a reception followed the service. Pastor Williamson’s wife, Pam, will also be installed soon at Central Lutheran School as a Pre-School Teacher.
Their son Andrew will be attending the University of Iowa as a freshman this fall. They also have a daughter, Laura, who is a junior in college.
Pastor Williamson may look familiar, especially to those in the LWML and the Oskaloosa area. He was called from St. Andrews Lutheran Church in the Chicago area, but had served in Oskaloosa previously. We are glad to welcome him back to Iowa District East!
