Registration 8:30 – 8:45 a.m.
SESSION ONE 8:45 – 10:00 a.m.
Break 10:00 - 10:15 a.m.
SESSION TWO 10:15 – 11:45 a.m.
Lunch 11:45 – 12:30 p.m.
SESSION THREE 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.

COST: Free to congregations in Iowa District East.
REQUIREMENTS FOR HOSTING CONGREGATION
1. Promotion and registration for the event.
2. Provide beverages and food for the break and the noon meal. Congregation shall decide if there will be a fee.
3. Facility Requirements: Provide tables for the participants to accommodate no more than 4 people per table.
4. Wireless mike for the presenter. (Not absolutely necessary, but helpful. I will work with what you have available.)
5. Projector screen for Powerpoint presentation.
6. Pens or pencils for the participants.
7. VCR or DVD Player with a Television.
8. An ideal number of participants would be 24-36.
9. Great opportunity to invite people from other congregations in your circuit.
10. We want your congregation to be a welcoming place.
