On Sunday, July 1, Andrew P. Richard was ordained and installed as Assistant Pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Chapel,Iowa City, for the planting of St. Silas Lutheran Church,North Liberty.
Rev. Richard grew up in Sterling Heights, MI, a suburb of Detroit. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Production from Oakland Universityin Rochester, MI and a Master of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary, Ft. Wayne, IN. Rev. Richard, his wife Renae, and daughter Alexi make their home in North Liberty.
