SEEKS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lutheran Family Service of Iowa is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization’s statewide mission. LFS is a 112 year old ministry of the LCMS congregations in Iowa. The organization provides multiple professional services today, including individual, marriage and family counseling, unplanned pregnancy counseling, domestic adoption, and assistance with international and embryo adoption. Support for professional church workers and their families is also a focus of LFS ministry. The person selected to fill this leadership position will have a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, a proven ability to lead, a minimum of 5 years experience in administration, not-for-profit administration preferred, and will be a member in good standing of a Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod congregation.
